MISSISSIPPI:
Consistently ranked at or near the bottom in Education, Poverty, and Fatherlessness. We see that the Enemy has targeted in the state the very gifts that God intended to be released from our state.
Deut 23:5 “but the Lord your God turned the curse into a blessing for you, because the Lord your God loves you.”
Zechariah 8:13 (AMP) And as you have been a curse and a byword among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, (Mississippi) so will I save you, and you shall be a blessing. Fear not, but let your hands be strong and hardened.
Malachi 4:6 (NKJV) And he will turn The hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.”

2001 – Mississippi is in the valley of decision (50 State Tour)
2010 – There is an unfurling coming over MS. For the Lord says there has been one banner that has been waved there, but is another banner that is beginning to be pulled up into the atmosphere. The Lord says look at the banner that I am making for it is a banner with my name upon it, and where I have never been exalted the way that I long to be exalted, that banner now is vying in the atmosphere over Mississippi. So I say you are going into a banner war over the next six months, but that one that you have a hold of to lift high in the heavens, I say to you right now, YOU will get me lifted up saith the Lord. And where you were instrumental in battling the north, you have your own battle there between the south and the north. So I say to you, go to the North and come south and go to the south and come north, settle in the middle again and bring forth that banner in the heavens over the whole state.

2009 & 2010 – Mississippi is no longer in the valley of decision. You have made your decision: you will arise in the destiny that the Lord had for you in Genesis 1 when He said “It is good!” The Father actually wrote His name over the state. “Mississippi” is the Choctaw name for “Father of Waters’. In Mississippi we have an extraordinary birthing of sound. We believe that the purpose of Miss has always been to release to the nations of the earth the sound of the Father’s heart. The musical release birthed here was to give rise to worship and glory to the Father. We have allowed the world to capture that sound, but now we are coming back to this root and are releasing the true sound of the Father’s voice to the nation.

2007 – “Favor, favor, multiplied exponentially in this region for 2007 and 2008, the year of decision not only in the political sphere but in the nation, how it shall manifest its direction for even now that’s being determined by your ministry. And I’m telling you this region is a key, it’s like a rudder on a ship, it’s a rudder – God is going to use this area to turn some things, like a rudder in Jesus name.”
2009 – The Lord will release the birthing anointing and the sound of the Father from the Father of Waters mantle that the Lord placed on this state and you will not miss it!

2001 – The Lord is releasing a new banner over this state. He saw an item being unfurled that was being cut to shreds and burned, and a tapestry woven over the state becoming a banner of the Lord.
2008 – God is healing the Land and is in the process of reversing the curses of the enemy in this land and turning them into blessings.

2007 – “You are living in a state that has a history that is not all that pretty. Because of that I hear God saying I can turn the ship and this state will be a spiritual rudder into the stern of the spirituality of America. That is why we are in Mississippi! It is not just about your corner, your city etc. it is about the country. It is the spiritual plight of America. We, the Church of Mississippi, declare and decree that the false foundations of the State of Mississippi are shaking and that the true foundation of the Word of God is being established in Mississippi. We declare that Jesus Christ rules and reigns in this state and that He has sent His blood between His true Church and every power and principality over this state.
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare the habits, the routine of religion and traditions of men that make the word of God of none effect are broken in this state.
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare that a breakthrough anointing rests over this state. We decree that the Church has authority to bind and loose in the heavenlies and possesses the Key of David to open and shut doors. We say that we shall possess the gates of this state and the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church.
We, the Church of Mississippi, decree the unraveling of the web of deception, the ungodly banner of oppression and lawless structures of this state. We declare an annulling of the covenant with death and witchcraft linked with rebellion are broken. We declare that hidden hate groups are exposed and the poverty that has aligned with racism is broken off. “Break off!” We speak to that banner of Pharaoh over our state and say, “Unravel and come down in Jesus name. Let God’s people go that they might serve and worship Him!” We declare liberty to worship Jesus!
We, the Church of Mississippi, decree that there is a new canopy, a new banner, a new flag, the blood-stained banner of Calvary, over Mississippi.
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare that apostles will arise and align with prophets; prophets will arise and align with pastors; that pastors and teachers will begin to declare the Truths of God with a new anointing and revelation; that spiritual leadership is repositioning to move forward.
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare that the predatory power of domination in this state will be broken and that a supernatural release of servant-hood will move across this state. We declare that separations are ending, the gaps are being filled in and that the Church is being pulled together as one. We declare the barriers between the generations disrupting communication are removed.
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare that evangelism is rising in this state, new wine is being poured out and that the harvest is coming in! Saints are being brought into mature discipleship to the Glory of Jesus Christ
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare that worship of the one True God will sweep this state; that old things have passed away and God is doing a new thing in Mississippi; that we are a people that shall show forth His praise. We, declare that the war over worship in this state is over. We declare that a supernatural move of worship to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords is releasing the new sound and new wine of heaven over this state.
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare that Mississippi is being invaded by the Spirit of God and an apostolic fathering mantle is being released over this state. We declare that we are the head and not the tail, and that we, the Church, are a strong people who are able to do exploits in the name of our God and empowered by His Spirit.
We, the Church of Mississippi, decree the raising of the center pole in Jackson for the covering of God’s glory over this state. We say to the anchor churches around this state, “Rise up now.”
We, the Church of Mississippi, declare that the gates of Mississippi are lifted up and open to the King of Glory, the Lord of Hosts! We say, “Come in King of Glory!”
We, the Church of Mississippi, decree a shift now and that the Church of Mississippi is advancing. We call for the light of the Revelation of Jesus Christ to flood this state.
We, the Church of Mississippi, acknowledge that Jesus Christ is King of Mississippi! We declare Isaiah 33:22 that “The Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Law-giver, and the Lord is our King. He will save us.” We say, arise and shine, Mississippi. for the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
